The Chateau La Serre 2011 is aromatic and fresh on the nose with notes of cherry, prune and blackberry. The wine has a smooth palate with a very traditional tannic structure. It is elegant and perfumed with a refined finish. The Chateau La Serre 2011 pairs well with beef, lamb, game (deer, venison) and poultry.
